My account has been disabled

    I was making changes to the email notifications settings and my form became disabled. Maybe because I tried using my SMTP email address?? I changed my settings back to the JotForm email address but my account is still disabled. Please help me reactivate my account as this form is currently being used on my website. Thank you!

    I have checked your account and this was suspended due to possible email phishing, I have however reviewed your account and this is clear. I went ahead and reactivated it, please check on your end and let us know if you have questions.

    My account was suspended again. I don't understand what is going on. Please help reactivate my account and enable my form. Thank you!

    Apologies for the inconvenience. As with my colleague, I could not find any issue with your form and your emails. I have now whitelisted your form and reactivated your account.

    Thank you, Vanessa! The form worked and then it stopped working. I’m going to try again tomorrow. I’m using a GoDaddy website and so I’m not sure if that has anything to do with my ongoing issues. I’m not doing anything out of the ordinary other than making slight edits to the content on my form. It’s keeps getting disabled. It’s a simple fundraiser registration form.

    Your account was again auto-suspended due to email phishing. I have activated your account and also enabled your form. Do check and let us know if you are still facing any issues.
