I need to create a Ticket purchase form with Paypal Payment integration

I need to create a Ticket purchase form with Paypal Payment integration similar to below URL: http://www.breaffygaa.ie/breaffy-gaa-lotto/

The form should be exactly same like above URL in logic/functionality of Ticket Price

Can you please update, how can I create?

I have already checked several order Template Forms, but getting little difficulty to achieve the functionality as per the reference URL which I sent.

You can add multiple Random Value Generator on your form to generate the numbers, then add a PayPal field. If you do not have a paid PayPal business account, please use the PayPal Standard option.

As I need very simple form of only 6-7 fields, so if you can create the form similar to the reference URL, it would be really appreciable. As I need to launch (make LIVE ) the Form today only. That is I need to create the Form on urgent basis.

If you want I can provide you Paypal business account to you. Or I can change the Paypal business account by myself, after the completion of basic functionality of form as per reference URL

I am also open to buy your paid services, please try to update me fast, if you would be able to create similar form or not (which I sent in reference URL).

So I can copy that template and can use that.

I can understand you do not create the complete form. But can you create a form similar to my need, and I will do the required changes.

Do note that we cannot copy the whole feature of the form such as the button to create a new random pick

I have used user defined amount feature in the payment field to attach conditions to show/hide fields and assign values to the options. I have also used the random value generator widget for the random picks.
