Why are my form users not able to open the form when transferred to jotform.com but I am able to ...

Asked by Donna Estey on June 26, 2013 at 04:27 PM

If I go to my website and open the form via FIREFOX, it will open correctly, but when I or my users do the same thing with GOOGLE, they are sent to the jotform page where they can open their own account. Could you explain this and also explain how to fix it? The form should be accessed via a link in the first paragraph on the web page shown below. The link says "upload link." There APPEARS to be another link before it with the word "completed," but I did not put a link there and it doesn't go anywhere anyway.

    The paragraph reads as follows:

WHEN TESTS ARE COMPLETED - SCAN THE ANSWER SHEETS AND SAVE AS PDF OR JPG FILES AND UPLOAD ON THE UPLOAD LINK TO SUBMIT THEM FOR GRADING.

    Hi! Thanks for contacting Jotform!

I checked the codes of your site and I can see that you used this link : http://www.jotform.com/?formID=31198134463151 in the "Upload Link"

    http://www.jotform.com/?formID=31198134463151" data-mce-target="_blank" href="http://www.jotform.com/?formID=31198134463151">UPLOAD LINK

    Please use this instead: http://www.jotform.com/form/31198134463151?

I can also see this COMPLETED that is why "Completed" appears to have a link. You can simply remove the .. tag to fix that.

Let us know if you need further assistance. Thanks!

On my end, I accessed your page again and when I clicked on the link it is already taking me to the actual form, unlike earlier when it is redirecting me to Jotform's main page. please try to clear your browser's cache and try again.

But if it's really not working, you can also simply try using this link: http://www.jotform.com/31198134463151

If the problem persists, please let us know. Thanks!
