Thank you for reaching support,
I see that the PayPal integration is not connected yet:
Do you see an error message when the integration fails? And can you send us a screenshot of that error message?
Here is how you can post a screenshot: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
Here is a guide in integrating PayPal checkout: https://www.jotform.com/help/542-How-to-Integrate-Form-to-PayPal-Checkout

It looks like you attached a screenshot in your latest response. Unfortunately, we can't view it since it didn't reach our support forum. Please open this ticket using the browser and repost the image again so we can see the image you're trying to show us.
Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-ForumCould you please try login to the PayPal account once more. Please follow these steps.
click additional gateway settings
-replace submit with PayPal if not done already
-all “enable” lines to default
-Click continue. This should add the PayPal buttons on the page.
If the popup or browser tab couldn't open, maybe your browser prevents the opening new browser tab. Please check your browser settings as in the below image. Please check these settings to allow the pop-up:
https://www.isc.upenn.edu/how-to/configuring-your-web-browser-allow-pop-windows
Please connect your Paypal account first then when it says "CONNECTED", click the CONTINUE button at the bottom of the payment settings to save the connection. Also, click additional gateway settings and replace submit button with the PayPal
GUIDE: How-to-Integrate-Form-to-PayPal-Checkout
In general, the integration works, so it could be a browser issue. Please try logging on to an incognito tab or a different browser and do the integration there. If it works, then it is more likely a cache issue with your current browser.
Thanks.

Hi there - Yes, we're now able to see the screenshots you sent.
I went ahead and checked your form and it looks like you're still not connected to your PayPal account to your form.
Kindly note that the error message "Order ID is missing" is usually due to PayPal not integrated properly. Please connect it and let us know if you need further assistance.

In addition, you may try using a different browser if the PayPal login window fails to load on your end. I have also cleared your form cache as a precaution.
