    Greetings,

    Yes, it is possible to add some specific date to the form according your needs. 

    You can add Date Picker and set it current or any custom date:

    Then you can make it Read-only to make sure user want be able to change it and it will be statically pasted in the form:

    If you don't want a current date to be used, obviously you can customize that as well.
