    Hi again, @padmaja!

I'm assuming you're referring to this form.

Kindly note that you can sell subscriptions using "PayPal Standard" integration instead. See below:

I hope I have been of any help.

Should you have any further inquiries, we will be more than happy to help.

    Hi

Thanks so much for your help.

    1. Is there a way to define from which month , the payment has to be automatically debited or credited from the account?

    2. In Paypal Standard, I specified our school account. When I submit the form it's asking the customer to enter their paypal account. How does this work? If they had linked their paypal to credit or debit, the amount gets debited or credited from that account.

    3. Is there a way to add to skip from asking their paypal account?

    Please confirm.

    Thanks

    Padmaja

    Hello Padmaja,

    Thank you for your message.

    1. At the moment is not possible to select in which month will the subscription start, you can just provide a trial period.

    2. When you are using the Paypal integrator, Paypal will ask the user to add or create a Paypal account, then the user needs to add their credit card info. For some user, they didn't like to create Paypal account, in that case, it is necessary to use another Payment integrator like Stripe, that is just asking for credit card information.

    3. Since you are using Paypal that is how they work, to make a direct payment you need to use another Payment integrator like Stripe.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

Thanks for your reply. Can I do the same things with First Data?  Recurring Payments and Payment start date change?

    Hi Adminnetivot,

Yes, you may do the same things with the First Data.

You only need to change 'Payment Type' for PayPal integration to 'Sell Subscriptions'. This would allow you to add recurring payment options, here is a guide: How-to-Setup-a-Recurring-Payment-Option

    I hope this helps.
