Secure Connection Warning when hitting submit button

Not sure how long it has been like this, but I created a form for customers to enter in their credit card information on my website.  The form is transmits in a SSL connection, and my website has a SSL certficiate installed.

However, today, I had a customer who said, when he hit the "submit" button, it gave him this error...

Although this page is encrypted, the information you have entered is to be sent over an unencrypted connection and could easily be read by a third party.

Are you sure you want to continue sending this information?

I have never experienced it with any other customer before, and he wasn't to happy about it either.

Trying to see what I can do to prevent this message from populating since both the form and site have a SSL certficate?

That's probably happening on IE browser. You are embedding non-SSL form to an SSL page that's why IE shows the message. To prevent that, simply re-embed your form using https://secure (SSL Form). You can replace your form embed code to the following code. This should solved it.

    <script type="text/javascript" src=""></script>

By the way, you seem to be asking CC informations manually. Note that this isn't allowed here in JotForm unless you are verified that you are using it in a legit way. There could be a higher chance that your account will be suspended due to this. Can you please let us know why you are asking these sensitive informations manually? You are seem to be capturing their card details which is a common way of phishing.

We'll be looking forward to your reply. Thank you!

If you click on the url that I stated this form is located at, you will notice it is for a Junk Removal company that i own.  When a client states that they will pay by credit card, we give them that link to enter in their credit card information.  Then once we complete the job, we use that information to bill them for our services.

There is no phishing attempts happening.

Tried the secure embed option, and now the form is not appearing at all.

Tried re doing it without the secure part, and still wont appear.

Also, i am not using IE.  I am using Firefox

I've check Chrome's Console and found this error that might causing the form to disappear from your page:

Please try using our iframe method. Copy/paste this codes:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" allowtransparency="true" src="" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1011px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

I hope this will resolved the issue.
