    I have two accounts open on the screen and I just reset the password. Can you please unlock my account?

    Your account has been suspended since the form "200031387724145 Amazon Smile Donations" was flagged as offering fake donation service.

    As per our Terms, Free accounts with free domain who offers services without a valid domain on their registered JotForm accounts are suspended immediately.

    In order to reactivate the account, we will need to delete and purge this offending form from your account.
