    Hello,

I didn't realize the storage limit for the free edition jotforms and was testing out one of my forms, which involved a file upload. The test caused my account to exceed the storage limit. I would like to continue using the free edition, so can I reverse this action?

It seems your account is over the upload limit.

You would have to delete some of your submission with uploaded files to free up some space.

Kindly follow this guide to delete the submission.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi, I normally log in with my Google Account and don't have my password to enter when deleting the submission. What do I do?

If you signed up with Google the password was not created.

You can reset/create it by following steps from this guide:

Thanks. I have followed the instructions. Is it possible to see if my account is now eligible to stay with free membership?

    Hi,

Yes, you can keep your free membership for as long as you wish. Please note that the free plan has its own limits.
