How can I download the form with fillable Signature field?

You are able to download the source code of the form. This will download the form completely identical to the web form. You can click here to learn more.

If you wish to add a signature to the PDF form, you can add it from the basic elements, however, your users won't be able to fill it digitally:

To use JotForm to collect signatures, you need to use web forms. It is not possible to download the forms and use them offline for collecting signatures.
