Once you have login, go to MyForms and select the form you have used. Edit the form then go to Setup & Embed > Email Alerts icon then click the Notification to open the Compose Window.
In the compose window, click the Reply-To and Recipient Settings and you should be able to see what email address is the form submission being sent to.
