I've been having problems with email notifications for a few months now. I tried the suggestion of changing the sender to "email@example.com" and it still doesn't work. I've checked my mail log on the receiving server, and mail never gets to it. So, it appears the mail is never leaving jotform. Please check the outgoing mail logs for mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Your email address was listed in our bounce listing with the following reason.Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'timeout'
I have removed your email address and you should be able to received your form email notification again. To prevent your email address from being listed again, I would suggest Whitelisting Jotforms IP Addresses.
