Why are submissions missing some data?

Regarding issue (iii) - I am not talking about the content of the email confirmation, what I'm talking about is the table of submission data in the main JotForm dashboard. So when I click on My Forms, and click to view all submissions of Form 2, the submissions that have been completed using the save and continue later function are missing data - and they are missing data from the fields they entered before clicking 'save and continue later'.

I can see your data is stored in EU, so we will need to forward this ticket to our team in EU to check this further, may you please provide an example of a submission with empty required fields?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.

    Hi Kevin,

An example is the submission from 25 May, business name "Steph" - the submission before your colleague's Lorenz. This is missing a lot of required fields, despite being filled in.

    Thanks,

    Rob

I checked that submission and I saw that some required fields do not have data. I am not sure how this happened considering that I was not able to replicate the issue when I tested your form. I filled the first 6 pages, save the data, and continue with the session link that was sent to my email address. After I submitted the form, I checked the submissions page and all data I entered is there.

Can you please tell us how many times this happened? Can you also please tell us if the form is embedded. If the form is embedded, please provide us a webpage URL.

    Hi Joanna,

thanks for your response. This issue now looks to be fixed, after help from your colleagues on a different thread.

Thanks a lot for your help.
