Suspended - How to reactivate

    Ok - This is starting to become very unhelpful.

    My account in suspended. I need the form to be deleted and a return to the old form. My clients are currently unable to pay me.
     
    How do I get a phone call with someone to resolve this

    Your account got suspended because one of your forms is collecting credit card information using basic fields.
