trouble with signature in the form

Hi just wondering when i send form electronically can the client have trouble signing it? a client has emailed me saying there is trouble signing it? thanks.

I cloned and test the form and I was able to submit successfully.

As you can see, there is the attached e-signature.

This might be an isolated issue.

Have the user submit the form on a different browser or device.

I will also clear the form cache.

Let us know if the issue still persists.
