The table format is being taken in the purchase order, would you like to get the purchase order value only? If so, you can use the form calculation widget to get the total purchase order amount and use that in the redirect link.

Please check this demo form: https://form.jotform.com/201458422017952

As for the appointment field, unfortunately, it is not possible to pull or pass values from this form element.

hi jherwin, thanks for such quick response.

I have checked the demo, and i found "the total puchase" is not just the information needed.
I need detail ordered as well (product name, quantity, and amount).

    Is there any solution ?

Is it possible to collect CSV value from Purchase Order?

It's possible to export submissions as CSV, but it's for all of your form submissions page.

I need detail ordered as well (product name, quantity, and amount).

You can list your items using the quantity gift registry widget and total the amount using a form calculation widget.

    Guide: How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget

Please try it with the clone version of your form and let us know if that could work for you.

    hi jherwin,

I can not use gift registry since i need to calculate each product price and order quantity to calculate the invoice. Even more, i need each product has image(s) to make it more appealing to customer. That's why i need purchase order.

About the form calculation, i did such calculation in a maasive way as you can see in my form. That is not an issue for me.

Is it possible jotform do some upgrade in Purchasing Order Widget ?
To make it more compatible with whatsapp?
I  believe it would be appreciate by most of jotform's user.

    Thanks

    Greetings Ari.

    Thank you for your reply.

You can also use an Inventory widget for this purpose. With it you are able to add the image and to calculate the total price. I have created a test form for you on the following link:
    https://jotform.com/201465844362052

Unfortunately, there is no option to currently update the Purchase order to fit better to your needs.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Let us know how it goes while trying the Inventory widget.

If you're still having issues using widgets, you can use regular Dropdown fields, then assign calculation values for each selected quantity, and add a Form Calculation widget to calculate the total.

We can then add the images within the form using some Custom CSS.

You could also check this guide to get the details on the Purchase order:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/231-How-to-Strip-Payment-Labels-and-Separate-Payment-Info-on-Email-Alerts

You could send these values via the URL into your external page.

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks.
