how to I upgrade an account for Seven Canyons.

    We have a form at that has been suspended. Our IT person is out and I need to get the site back on line.

    I was not able to find any JotForm form in the website link you have provided. Please let us know your username or form id. You can also let us know the email id used to create your account. 

    This will help us investigate why your form was disabled.
