Unable to update password

    Hello -

    I was unaware that I have an account with you under my email.  I tried to update my password and after 3 hours I have not gotten an email with password resetting instructions.  I tried to sign in via Facebook and couldn't.  I am trying to complete forms before tomorrow.

    Could you please help.

    I checked your email address in our system but I did not find any account. I also saw that your email address is in the bounce list. Our system gave the following result:



    Reason(s) : Mail SenderError: Mail from command failed - 550 SC-001 (COL004-MC1F43) Unfortunately, messages from 153.92.245.85 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their 

    I removed it from the bounce list. 

    Also, please note that JotForm is an Online Form Builder - https://www.jotform.com/faq/ The form you submitted was created by one of our users. If you have any questions regarding that form, you need to contact the form owner.

    I don't understand your message.
    Are you saying that my internet service wouldn't allow my message to be sent?
    I completed one form without an issue.
    It won't let me sign in to complete the second form. I tried two email addresses and was told those accounts already exist. I requested a password reset but didn't get a response.
    It appears as if I was able to create an account with my work email: tania.solomon@emoryhealthcare.org. But as soon as I log in, it immediately brings me back to the log in screen

    Are you saying that my internet service wouldn't allow my message to be sent? — Your email was in our bounce list which will prevent you from receiving any email notification from Jotform. My colleague already removed your email from our bounce list.

    I checked both your emails wieker@hotmail.com and tania.solomon@emoryhealthcare.org, but neither shows any account in Jotform.

    Are you trying to create an account or are filling a form that is asking you to create an account? You can signup here https://www.jotform.com/signup with either of the emails I'm mentioned above if you are trying to create an account.
