You can PUBLISH the form and send it to your users via email. There's already a pre-formatted email template there that you can use.

Hi there, sorry, I don't think I asked the right question. How do I customize the body text and subject line of the standard email and save it to use again? I am trying to save myself from retyping the subject line and body text everytime I email the form. Thanks!

Unfortunately, there is no way you can save the changes you made into the said template.
If you want, you can just grab the FORM URL and use your own email domain to send them to your users.

Ok thank you. And is there a way to download the signed form WITH the form, instead of just the signature and date and title of form?

If you mean you would like to download the Original PDF form with the data in it, there are two ways:
1. Via the Jotform Inbox - Select the submission and click "download" and select "original pdf":
2. Via the PDF Editor - Just head over to the form's PDF Editor and select the Original PDF to download:
