PDF not downloading to Google Drive

    Our forms are not automatically downloading to Google Drive. The most important one is our COVID Questionnaire. I have already reset the integration for that form. It worked for a while after resetting the integration. Then it quit again.

    Hi,

    We have an issue earlier with Google Drive integration but our developers fixed it immediately.

    Could you please try to re-integrate it again and let us know if the issue still persists?

    I also cleared your form cache on our server. Thank you.

    If that works, will I need to re-do the integration with all of my forms? Also, if I place each form's folder in a larger folder, will the integration still work? Or do the folders need to stay in the main Google Drive folder?

    Hi again, 

    You do not have to re-integrate it at the moment. Could you please check it first if the issue still persists? Try opening the Google Drive and see if you are receiving the submissions now.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Could you let us know if you have tried reintegrated Google Drive to the form? Please check if the issue persists with the other forms in your account before reintegrating Google Drive so that we can check further to assist you.
