We have been on the free plan since last October. Our submission have increased and we had reached our monthly limit and it would not allow form data to be submitted. We upgraded to Bronze and when I ran a test to make sure the form was working again, it did not go through. I completed the form and clicked on Submit and it has shown Please wait... for several minutes with no sign of activity.
Is there anything I need to do to activate our account?

I switched from fame to embedded and it fixed it immediately.
All good now!
