One of my client's needs to upgrade the package they chose. How can i go in and cancel the payment on Jot's side. It is a pending charge as of right now on my side because i've set it up that way, but I need to cancel the whole thing and have them choose the correct package. Should i just have them resubmit the form or can i go in an edit it and submit the correct information for them?

The user will need to resubmit the form.
If you would like to process payments immediately, disable the Authorization Only option in the Square payment field.
The current authorization will expire in 6 days, so the amount will be automatically returned to the user.
