Sub-Products: ordering 2 of the same type, but different sizes

my recent form just went live today "Summer Swag Order!". it looks smooth so far, but not sure how to handle when someone wants 2 or more of the same shirt but different sizes?

You can enable the Sub-Products option for each product so that your users can select multiple options/quantity per product size. Please check my screencast given below:
