Does the free account allow 10 payment submissions monthly or total?

In free account, you can receive 10 payment submissions every month. Please note that submissions, payments and form views limits are reset on the first day of each month.

development of a membership registration form. we each did entries during
development, which were later deleted from the log since all of the
information populated was not accurate. The form is now complete and
published, but when I and other team members tried to properly register, we
received a message saying "Sorry. Only 1 entry allowed." How do we remove
our previous test entries from the database?

Please accept my apology for the confusion. This issue is caused because you have enabled "Unique Submission" setting in your form. Please check the screenshot below:
Check cookies only setting prevents multiple submissions from same browser. Please select no check in the unique submission and that will solve your problem.
