Unable to log into my account

    Good afternoon,

    My name is Jasmin from Lincoln College. We currently use your services and recently my email address has been added to Jot Form. I tried to reset my password but it's not sending to my email and I've checked my spam folder. Can you please confirm if my email has been registered with Jot Form?

    Thank you for contacting Support.

    Upon checking, we couldn't find an account registered under your email.

    May we ask if you have already created a form? If so, may we ask for the form URL? 


    We will wait for your response.

    Hi Sam,
    Thank you for your response. My mistake, we have an account for the company and don’t have individual logins.
