    I apologize for the inconvenience. I can see that there were 3 submissions yesterday to your form, however, only 2 emails have been sent yesterday to your email address.

    We had a temporary issue with our email service which is solved now.

    You are able to download the missing submission from your forms submission page (guide).

    Should the issue persist please let us know.
