How do I grab the HTML code for my form? I see many other forms (iframes, etc) but not HTML.

    Hi there,

jotform forms are composed of HTML and some javascript so you would need to download the full source by selecting the Source icon...

and then clicking the "here" link to download everything.

However, if you are trying to build a form for Facebook then you will probably run into problems with the javascript since Facebook does not allow it.  The best option would be to use an iFrame.  Have a look at this link on how to embed jotform forms into facebook using iframes.

    Thanks,
