Why have my quote forms stopped sending the notification and auto confirm

    I'm working on making some changes to my online quote forms.  I sent through two tests and used my own email address and I got neither test auto confirmation.  Also the email address I have put in for the notification didn't get either notification.

    They are coming into the Jotform page just the emails aren't working

    Please help!

    I have checked your form 286SD  and your form E56 (both send emails to equipment@tdiinternational.com)

    I would recommend you to change the Sender Email to noreply@jotform in the email notification settings. If you do not wish to do that, but keep using the email address field variable, please have your email service provider to whitelist our ip addresses for the domain @tdiinternational.com

    Thank you, I will do that.  I just did a test using my personal email and the auto confirmation did come through.  I had found your whitelist info, but I can't get a hold of my email service provider to get the ip addresses and emails whitelisted overall.  When I do, if this fixes the problem I will update this post!

    I talked to Earthlink this afternoon and they refuse to white list a block of IP addresses for security purposes.  They asked me to send the list of domains, which I did so I really hope this will solve the problem.  If not, I will either have to get a new web/mail host or find different forms to use.  I don't want to have to do that because I LOVE JotForms, but I may not have a choice.  To be continued....

    @Tdiintl,

    There is one more important domain that you may need to whitelist:

    us-app2.jotservers.com

    I have added it to the whitelist article.

    Alternatively, as suggested you may consider using noreply@jotform.com sender on your Email Notifications / Autoresponders. This will switch the sending method to Amazon SES and should be a bit more reliable.

    Hi, at this point I'm barely even getting responses from Earthlink.  They are kind of treating me like I'm trying to get spam emails through.  So I tested one with the "noreply@jotform.com" reply-to email address and it does work!  My bosses don't like it, but we have to get our quotes.

    I really appreciate the quick responses and help from you guys, so thanks again!
