    Hello BenKunkel,

Thank you for addressing this concern.

This may possibly be an error on the labeling of the notification warning.  I have checked your account and you are indeed enjoying the Premium services of JotForm.

You were notified because you are about to reach your quota limit for your account for the month.  The notification should suggest you to upgrading to the Professional subscription instead of Premium.

I will let our developers know about this error.

If you have any other concerns or inquiries, please let us know.

    Thanks and warm regards.

Actually, When I looked into our records, we upgraded from "premium" to "professional" on March 16th 2011. I also checked our credit card statement and saw the charge from Interlogy for $499.95.

    Please correct our account type.

    Thank you,

    -Ben

We need this corrected immediately! According to jotform, we have 200 (of 1000) submissions left. We pre-paid for a "proffessional" plan (1 year term) which entitles us to 1000000 submissions per month.

We will more then likely run out by the end of the day, tomorrow, if this is not rectified.

    PLEASE HELP

I have checked your payment history and indeed saw your payment on March 16.  I have changed your account type to Professional already.
