Hi - I re-set the notifications to ensure we receive them when someone submits a registration... but to no avail. Still the applicants are not getting an email confirmation, and still WE get no email with their information, as we did until a week or so ago. Please, I posted this question yesterday and got no reply. Timing is critical!
I have checked firstname.lastname@example.org is NOT in the bounce listMake sure that all of your form's email alerts (on each form) are set this way
-SENDER EMAIL : email@example.com

Have you checked your spam folder?
Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know.

Thanks for the reply, I will check on those things (though it's my client who is to receive the emails and not me, so I can only do so much as far as her spam folders go)
