Money has been taken for upgrading my account but it still says im over my limit!!

    i upgraded my account this month because i ran out of payment submission. my payment has come out of my paypal account but my account status is still 'free'.

    why is this? i have only just realised meaning my account has been blocked for a week?

    We are very sorry for this inconvenience, the problem is that when paying the subscription, the user was not defined

    The best course of action would be to cancel and refund this subscription. Then you should login in the correct account and go to the Pricing page and from there re-upgrade using Paypal
