Account Block.

    Hi good day, my name is Ivan Mendez my user is IMENDEZJ because I probe the service before using it in the business, I have to migrate all my forms from my account IMENDEZJ to CCEPLUZWARE,  yesterday I try to do the same but you blocked my account , I send an email but I'm not  received  response, due to the rush to continue using the service created another account and add the balance, I ask for your support to not block any doubt we are at your service. The acoount you block is Luzware, for now I dont need anymore thad acoocunt.

    Hola buen dia, mi nombre es Ivan Mendez mi usuario es IMENDEZJ, debido a que probe el servicio antes de usarlo en la empresa, tengo que migrar todos mis formularios desde mi cuenta IMENDEZJ hacia CCEPLUZWARE, ayer trate de hacer lo mismo pero bloquearon mi cuenta, envie un correo pero no recibi respuesta, debido a la prisa de seguir usando el servicio creamos otra cuenta y agregamos el saldo, les pido de su apoyo para que no la bloqueen, cualquier duda estamos a sus ordenes. La cuenta que bloquearon fue Luzware, Por el momento no es necesario desbloquear esa cuenta.

    Was autosuspended, I can see the form is in the whitelist and I already re-activated your account.

    hello, but this is not necessary because we open a new account for our company is CCEPLuzware by haste, please erase this account and not susppent the other one, Thank you
