Combine data from two forms into a third form

I have two forms with the exact same fields (one was originally a clone of the other). How can I take the data from the two forms, one with 101 entries, the other with 161 entries, and put all 262 entries into a third form? Thanks.

Submissions can be imported with the Import app.

You can download the submissions from those two forms and then import them into a third form. I saw that you had an issue with the import app, which you reported on this support ticket. Considering that you only had an issue with the first name you can try to create a new first name field on the third form and then import the data.
