changing email receipent doesn't work

    When I follow the instructions and change the email receipent it still goes to my email and that is not what I want. I want the form to go to the website owners email. How do I do this? Do I have to pay to be able to make this happen

    Are you using the Test Email button to test the new email address you have set? The Test Email button would only send an email notification to the account holder's email address. You will need to do an actual form submission if you want to test another email address for receiving the form email notification. You do not have to pay anything make other email address receive the form notification.

    Is there someplace I can go to see the php code to be sure the email is the correct one? I did it just like you said but my client says she is not getting them!

    You can check the email id by logging in to your jotform account. Please refer this guide for more information :  http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
