Do they need to create their own jotform sign in to access the forms assigned to them? I guess what I'm asking is how do they access their assigned forms on the jotform app?

    Hi @REIConstruction!

Yes, the people who are assigned a form will need to create a JotForm account to be able to either only submit the form, or also view their submission and edit it at a later point in time.

There are 2 links in the invitation email that the assignee can click on: to view form (which takes them to a sign in page when accessed from a stationary device) or open the form in the JotForm Mobile Forms app. Both of these require creating a JotForm account. A free JotForm account will be sufficient in all cases.

Here is an expanded guide on the Assign Form functions: Adding-assignees-to-your-form.

However, you can also share the link to the form via email, which will simply generate a sample email with the link to the form that can be sent directly through JotForm. Here is the guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/303-How-to-Send-a-Form-via-Email. In this case, no JotForm account is needed, the person will be able to access and submit the form freely.
