We had been receiving notifications from this form regular until June 28th, 7:01am. After this, there has been no more notifications. There has been entries, but no notifications.
No changes to the form as every was working fine...

I checked your form's notification setup and don't see any issue with that. Your email id is not in our bounce list. To ensure the delivery of email request you to please change your notification's "Sender Email" to "email@example.com".
