Hi,
Are you referring to the Thank You page or to the Email alert content?
Please share a screenshot where you see the "Download Submission PDF" so we can check it further.

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to translate the text of "Download Submission PDF" but we can manually build the PDF download URL. Please add a hyperlink text in form and use the following URL:
https://www.jotform.com/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF&sid={id}&formID=201383317088455
You can add any desired test in the "Test to Display" option of hyperlink. Please check the screenshot below:
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.

I am getting this
{"error":"You're not authorized","success":false,"duration":"0.007"}
I have sent a test submission to your form but wasn't able to replicate the issue. I was able to download the PDF file.
It looks like the issue is now fixed.
And one more question, in the mail the signature is not shown?
I have changed the privacy settings and the 2 questions above was resolved. Thank you.
Glad to hear that you've sorted it out already.
How to allow user to change submission? As I understand , I can put {edit_submission} in the notification mail and it will work? And if so, can it also be translated?
I have moved this question to a separate ticket to avoid confusion. I will be answering you here.
