I'm creating a quiz......how do I log which user is submitting their answers?

I have a team of coworkers that will all be taking a quiz.  It is important for me to know the results for each individual.  How can I set this up?  I've already created the form on JotForm.

    Hi aaronrip

Perhaps the simplest way is to include a Full Name and Email field in the form: MyForms > Edit > Quick Tools > Full Name (and Email). Alternatively, you could email each coworker a unique number and provide a field on the form in which to enter that number. That would safeguard against co-workers impersonating other co-workers.

Is this the sort of thing you were thinking about?

That's a creative work around.  Thanks, that'll do the trick!
