Regarding limit on gold plan & compliance

    2. Are all plans in Jotform HIPAA compliance ?

    3. Do Jotform have email authentication?

    With a Gold plan, you can receive 100,000 submissions per month

    2. Are all plans in Jotform HIPAA compliance?

    No, HIPAA Compliance is available only form Silver and Gold plans.

    Could you kindly help on the followings:

    1. how many user limits on the silver and gold plan?

    2. Does the web form have "save function" for the customer in-case the form is long?

    3. I don't see prompt reply from Jotform support while just using the trial version, also couldn't see the number to contact. I hope its not the case in paid version. In terms of reach and support, is it available for Thailand and SEA? how do you communicate? (via phone, chat or other)
