    Why am I not getting email alerts anymore?

    On the forms I created "Student Athlete Information Form" and "contact coach" I have been getting email alerts up till about a week ago and all of a suden they stoped. I have not made any changes


    Can you help?

    I've checked the forms

    The problem is that the on the Contact Coach form, the Sender Name was set to "Please Select", you should have mapped this to the name field in the form.I noticed that this form only contains 2 email addresses, please check the spam folder.


    On the Student Athelete information Form, you should change the Sender Email to noreply@jotform.com

    I did not touch the form/forms and the were working perfectly. Both just stopped notifying me when a submission was completed. I went into my jot form home and found a Bunch of submissions on both forms that I did not get notified. In your previous email you did not mention the other for and yes I have checked my spam. Also when I do a test email both work fine. Can u help?

    The reason why you have suddenly stop receiving your form email notification from us could be because your email hosting/provider might have stop allowing any incoming emails from Jotmails IP addresses. Setting the sender e-mail to noreply@jotform should resolve the issue or by Whitelisting Jotmails IP addresses.
