How to display new form questions in google spreadsheet?

When you have Google sheets integrated with a form and then you change the form by adding new fields to it, what is the best way to handle the Google Sheets integration? Do you have to remove it and then integrate it again so that it pulls in the new fields? Thank you.

Yes that is correct. When you add a new question in form, you need to remove the google spreadsheet integration from form and add it again. 

As soon as you integrate your form again, it will add a new google spreadsheet with all the questions you have in your form.
