Redirected landing pages now working

Hello my redirected landing pages based on the logic I set up isn't working, it's sending it to a generic thank you page.  I've had this issue before and you helped me fix it, but for some reason it's converted back again.

I would like to inform you that, kindly change your Thank You page to a default Redirect URL so that the conditions will work

Hello,  I did try that and it didn't work.  I just tried again to make sure and it's definitely not working. 

It is because 3 of your conditions asks the form to have an equal value or less than value in your calculation field.

You have to change it to "Any" as you can't have both value because you only have one calculation field.

ex.

If calculation is equal to 40, the condition for less than 40 won't be true. 

If calculation is less than 40, it won't meet the equals to 40 condition.

Since you set it to ALL, both will only have one condition that can be true.

Hello,  Thanks for your reply.  I have fixed the logic however, the redirect landing pages still won't work.  Whenever I try to select the 'redirect to external link' it won't save and keeps reverting back to the generic thank you page.  What am I doing wrong now?

The redirect conditions are conflicting with each other as you have all the conditions based on less than the condition.

For example, a value "10" is less than 21, 41, 61,81,101 so it is not able to identify the conditions as all are true.

You can put a range in the conditions that:

1. if less than 21

2. if less than 41 but greater than 21

3. if less than 81 but greater than 41

4. if less than 1011 but greater than 81

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
