I currently have the "Order Form" and a "Contact" form setup to send emails after submission. As for the "Order Form" One email goes to the customer summarizing what they ordered and one sent to me to notify me of the order. The "Contact" form comes straight to me. I have been using the same forms for over a year now and have had no issues. I received a couple of orders today and I see the email record in my JotForm account.
I do not however get an email sent my email address. I have looked in my Spam folder and I dont see anything.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest reviewing this guide first How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues to cover the base to prevent email issues on your form.
Notably, apply the "firstname.lastname@example.org" in the Sender E-mail of the form email.
This usually resolve issues on bounce and redirected emails.
I did checked your Contact US and GloveRelace Order Form, and did not find block or bounce issue on our email server.

Thank you, this fixed the issue. Any reason as to why this happend. I have been using the same settings for over a year with no issues until today.

To be honest, I cannot point on a specific reason why this happen as it is a case to case basis. The most common reason though are updates/changes done on email service providers. Usually changes/updates would affect whitelisted domains,IPs, and or email domains. Due to this, certain email transmissions will sometimes become bounce listed or get redirected.
