Hi, When I go in to edit a submission with a signature field, I do not see image of the signature. This is only a problem when filling out the form on the computer. No issues with a mobile browser. I have attached the screenshot of what I see. The PDF generation of the image is fine though.

As per checking on your form, it seems perfectly working in my end (see attached photo).Maybe it is only temporary. Have you checked it using other browsers?
If you are still experiencing access problems on the signature widget, try this other signature widget https://www.jotform.com/widgets/signature.
Let us know if the issue still persists.

Hi,
So I have my form set up for 2 people to sign off "Adopter" and "representative". The adopter signs off first and submits the form. No issues on the adopter side with the signature. When the representative edits the submission, that is when I don't see the signature of the adopter. Again, this only occurs on non-mobile browser.

To view the signatures on the edit submission page, please follow this guide.
1. Go to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
2. Uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files
Please give it a try and let us know if this works for you.
