PayPal API Code not working - Security error

    We used official API code generated from our PayPal account. Our form says Security Error - Security header is not valid. What do we do to resolve this. PayPal says that the certificate info can be used with any cart! Something on the JotForm side? Anyone find a way to fix this?

    It looks like you have sorted things out by yourself, is that right? I have taken a look at your site now, and the Paypal payment integration seems to work fine. Please let us know if you're still experiencing problems with the integration. We'll be more than glad to help you.

    We thought that the issue was that we did not have a PayPal Pro Account. We've sinced upgraded our account, yet the "test integration" feature fails. Plugged in our API name, signature and password properly (checked 5 times by 3 peeps). :) Any one got this to work with any pointers?

    Hello oscarlitwak,

    I tried some card submissions and it seems to process properly with the error responses seems accurate.

    Have you made some proper submissions in which you actually paid?

    Paypal uses direct look-up and returns an instant response of the status of the credit card.  So you might consider making a live test or wait for someone to make an actual donation.
