I have generated a QR code, for my form and it works correctly, but someone in my team has done the same and it does not lead to her form - it lands here:

Please be informed that FREE accounts can also generate QR code. The reason why your friend didn't access the form because your form is set to private and therefore, only you can access it. If you wish that your form can be accessible in public so anyone can fill out, you may follow this guide:

 1. Navigate to publish section.

2. Set your access settings to public forum
