We are getting 404 error when downloading file uploads

    Once our form has been completed by the end-user and the email is generated to notify us - the uploaded files are not available for download. Any help with this is greatly appreciated. It sends you to a 404 page on Jot Form's end.

    You have secured the file uploads by enabling file privacy in the account settings. The privacy requires you to log in to your account to download the files. If you want to download the file publicly, you need to uncheck the option.
