How can we cancel the auto-renewal?

Hello @temspto1 - I can see that you are subscribed to a Premium subscription which is an old plan. Note that when you cancel it, you can no longer re-upgrade to the same plan as it is no longer offered.
And to proceed with the cancelation, please refer to this guide on How-to-Cancel-a-Subscription-and-Downgrade-Back-to-Free.
After confirming the subscription cancellation, the subscription will no longer be billed on the Next Billing Date. The subscription will be automatically downgraded to the Starter/FREE plan on the date of its subscription expiration.
