How to avoid duplicate submissions

    I have an order form, when the client sends me the submission, duplicates are arriving.  in other words, one or two submissions arrive.  apart from the original.  Where can I change this option?

    The point is that I have an order form, which I send via WhatsApp only to different clients who order me and if I limit by cookies or IP, the link is broken for others. Does it work like this?

    Hello .. I understood the issue of IP restriction, basically that each shipment to each device is unique, the question is, that link number is broken, if the person wants to make another request I have to define another link number, .. It happens if I have sent the previous link to multiple clients ... and I change it ...

    If you are not interested to use unique submission option than there are couple of more options you can try.

    You can limit submissions by a "Unique Question".

    Also try adding a captcha field to your form to avoid duplicate submission.

    Excellent thanks .. The CAPTCHA works for me, to avoid mass mailings or by accident .. The text of the cell phone, I can't find the usability .. That is, with that option, the person of that number could not repeat the use of the form. .


    Another topic, to generate another link number, was seeing how it works, where the new links are general .. I saw an option but it is for when you are going to assign a person via mail, it is not my case. How could I change my current link to another

    FYI, duplicate submissions issue is now fixed. We added some preventive measures to help deter unwanted resubmissions of the previous entry. This should not happen again.
