Automatically delete forms after a period of time?

Is it possible to set up the system so that submitted and completed forms are automatically deleted completely after 14 days?

Unfortunately there is no function that will auto-delete submissions with schedule...

Please check these features if they can work for what you need.

1. Use the Autodelete Submissions app.

It does not use schedule though. What it does is it auto-delete submissions right away after the user successfully submitted the form.

2. Enable Submissions Limit in the form.

You can set an expiration date as to when the form will auto-disable (stop accepting new submissions)

I am looking for an automatic deleting function, because we are currently developing the form for guest visits to a restaurant, and the governement stipulates that the entries must be completely destroyed after 14 days. 

Is it possible to regulate this in the system? Or, alternatively, do we have to manually delete all submitted forms? Is the data still stored somewhere or is everything completely deleted after that?

As I have confirmed in my previous post. It is not possible to schedule the deletion of submissions. If you configure the auto Delete app then the submissions would be deleted instantly.

If you want to delete the submissions data after 14 days then you would have to delete it manually from your submission page.

The submissions would be deleted from our server permanently. We do not store the submissions once you delete the data from your account.
